Viking Plastering is a leading Plasterer in the Yorkshire area, I offer a wide range of plastering services to customers across the whole of York and More. I take pride in my work and produce a high quality finish whilst leaving the working area as clean as I found it.
I have over 10 years’ experience in the plastering industry – Apprentice trained City & Guilds qualified and competent in all aspects of plastering.
About Viking Plastering
Viking Plastering is a small business offering all aspects of plastering to clients throughout the local area. I can be found in Bolton near Pocklington (East Ridings). I have formed Viking Plastering with over ten years of previous experience in the plastering trade, in both solid and fibrous areas. I was trained through the apprenticeship programme with Leeds College of Building and a small fibrous firm which has left me skilled in both aspects of plastering
I create quality plastering finishes that look fantastic and are designed for offices, homes, businesses. All well-known plastering material is used. The product range includes internal/external plasters, moulding plaster, and a finish coat. The products are available from all major building merchants.
Viking Plastering provides the full plastering needs to any customer ranging from board and skim to the Heritage works of lime Plaster. All work is carried out to the highest standard in the cleanest way possible.

We had a disaster on Christmas Day morning when we had a leak from our ceiling. However, we contacted Matt and he came out to plaster our ceiling so quickly and the ceiling was repaired within just a few days. He did an absolutely incredible job and we are so impressed with how tidy he was whilst working, how neat the plastering was and how professional Matt was from the very first time we spoke on the phone from the minute he left after the work was complete and checked off. He goes over and above to ensure that his customers are happy and it is clear that he is incredibly skilled at his trade and proud of his work. We would recommend Viking Plastering in a heartbeat!

I initially called Matt out to come and plaster around some new plug sockets I'd had fitted, which he did a great job of. While at the house I asked for some advice on a chimney breast that needed doing due to an overhaul of a fireplace. He was very knowledgeable, gave some great advice, and was able to fit me in at short notice to skim the whole chimney breast and make it as good as new. He was very flexible and accommodating, charged a reasonable price, and given that I left him on his own all day while I was at work I can say he is very trustworthy. Well recommended!

Got Matt in to quote to skim a couple of artex ceilings after seeing excellent reviews and a few recommendations....well I wasn't disappointed, what a fantastic job he's done!!
The finish is to an exceptional standard.
Matt is very efficient and left no mess after completing the job, his rates are competitive and good value for money.
Something I found pleasing about Matt was the high level of 'customer service' he offered right from quoting, completing the job,then following up after he had left.
